Join the Melrose Family Room
Membership dues for a year (September to September) are $175.00. New members may join at any time during the session, space permitting, (if appropriate, with the approval of the president, the fee will be prorated). In addition, payment schedules can be arranged through the president. If you come with a current member, or if you make an appointment with the New Member Coordinator, you are welcome to visit two or three times prior to joining. Children who attend the room on a regular basis (more than four times a year) either as a guest of members or with a babysitter or daycare provider must be members of the room. A registration form must be filled out with a parent’s/guardian’s signature and the membership fee must be paid by the child’s family. Membership fees and completed registration forms should be mailed to the address on the registration form.
You can become a new member or renew your membership in one of two ways:
- Online. This year we’re offering new members, and those renewing to submit your membership form online and pay your membership dues online via Paypal (Paypal account not required).
- The good old fashioned way. Click here to view and print the 2010 – 2011 Membership Registration and Waiver Form. Please complete and sign the form, and send in with your payment.
