On Saturday, 4/13, at 10:30a.m*., Lihlani Skipper Nelson and Oliva Cerf will be hosting a pea planting activity at the MFR's community garden bed! Bring a lil' shovel for your kiddo if you've got one; if not, we'll share.
*Rain date is 4/14 at 10:30. We will email all that are registered if we have to use the rain date!
***The Melrose Community Garden is located in Franklin Field behind the Whole Foods/CVS/Kennedy's Ice Cream plaza and the Franklin School. (Google Map in the link). You can actually see the rows of garden beds in the image near Albion St.) It's easiest to park at the back of Kennedy's and walk through the fields.
