We will be holding a mandatory New Member Orientation on Tuesday, September 3rd at 7pm. Please note that this is an adult-only night (newborns/non-crawling infants are welcome). If there is another caregiver/nanny/babysitter who will be bringing your child(ren) to the room, please feel free to invite them to attend, too.
Please plan to attend this meeting to pick up your member materials and room key, get a brief tour of the space, discuss your member responsibilites, and meet other new members. Members of the MFR Board will also be on hand to welome you and answer any questions you may have. Prior to this event, we ask that you do the following:
Please consider bringing a printed family photo with you (approximately 4x6) to be posted on our member bulletin board or email one to: newmembers@melrosefamilyroom. org
Review the New Member Handbook (this wil be sent in a separate email prior to the Orientation).
Pay your room key deposit fee ($25) - you should be invoiced for this shortly following membership signup.
