Hi everyone! Just a reminder that there’s a room cleaning at 8pm. Suggested last names of H-L but that is not a hard and fast rule. If you were supposed to attend a different cleaning and couldn’t make it, you can attend this one instead. It should only take about an hour. Many hands make light work!! Join us for a winter holiday potluck! We'll share food & crafts upstairs in the hall, and the room will be open for play. We will have a Photo Booth with a wintry background if you want to snag some family photos. If you haven't seen how we've done an event upstairs, there's almost always a bounce house :)   We'll need many volunteers, so please email events@melrosefamilyroom.org if you would like to help with set up, clean up, or helping with kids crafts.  1. Please RSVP for all members of your family so we have enough supplies.   2. As with any good potluck, bring your family favorites and crowd favorites! Have a famous chili recipe? Bring it on. Maybe a dish your kids ask for on repeat? Please share! Join us for a moms' night out at the room! This is the first of many for this membership year and we're excited to build connections within our members.  Come early, come late, just get out of the house. Please RSVP so we know how many provisions are needed. 

The first cleaning of this membership year is Wednesday 11/19.  We recommend attending based on your last name; if your family uses multiple last names, select the date that works for you. If you cannot make the day/time that corresponds to your last name, you may attend a different cleaning. This is merely a suggestion for our organizational purposes.  As a reminder, ALL members must participate in a cleaning as a condition of their membership renewal. The cleaning takes about an hour -- many hands make light work! We need a volunteer to organize each of these cleanings, so if you would like to organize one, please let us know and that will fulfill both your volunteer and room cleaning requirements. Join us for a fun run around Pine Banks Park! This is both a fundraiser and an all around fun event for the MFR. The route is stroller friendly! Come to run or come to cheer! It’s going to be a fantastic afternoon of fresh air, community, and fun for all ages.
